14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if you are not satisfied with our service.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with SociaVault, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Automated Service Clarification
SociaVault is a Fully Automated Service
Our service is completely automated through REST API infrastructure. There are no human-driven services, manual data collection, custom research, or consulting services involved. All data extraction and processing is performed automatically by our software systems.
When you purchase credits, you receive immediate access to our automated API endpoints. No human intervention is required or provided in the data collection process.
Refund Eligibility
Standard Refunds (14-Day Window)
To be eligible for a standard refund within 14 days:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Less than 10% of purchased credits have been consumed/used
- You must provide a reason for the refund request
- Original payment method must be available for refund processing
Technical Issues (No Time Limit)
Full refunds are always available for:
- Technical failures preventing credit usage or delivery
- Service outages affecting your ability to use the API
- Platform issues causing incorrect credit deductions
- API errors resulting in failed data extraction requests
Billing Errors (No Time Limit)
Immediate full refunds for:
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase
- Incorrect billing amounts
- Unauthorized transactions
- Credits not delivered to your account
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Credits that have been substantially used (more than 10% consumed) beyond the 14-day window
- Changes in third-party social media platform policies affecting data availability
- User error in API implementation or incorrect usage of our endpoints
- Dissatisfaction with public data quality from social platforms (data accuracy is determined by source platforms)
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Requests made after 14 days for reasons other than technical or billing issues
How to Request a Refund

- Date of purchase

Refund Processing
Review Timeline
- Initial Response: Within 24-48 hours of receiving your request
- Review Decision: Within 3-5 business days for standard requests
- Immediate Approval: For technical issues and billing errors
Refund Method and Timing
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Unused credits will be removed from your account
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered:
- If some credits have been used (less than 10%), you may receive a prorated refund for unused credits within the 14-day window
- Calculation: (Unused Credits / Total Credits) × Purchase Price
- Must meet all other eligibility requirements for standard refunds
Subscription Services (If Applicable)
Currently, SociaVault operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system with no recurring subscriptions. If subscription plans are introduced in the future:
- The 14-day refund policy will apply to the first billing cycle
- You may cancel subscriptions at any time
- No refunds for partial subscription periods after 14 days
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks:
- May result in immediate account suspension pending investigation
- Incur additional processing fees that may affect future service access
- Can be avoided by working directly with our support team for faster resolution
We are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and promptly through direct communication.
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by purchasing and using credits immediately (as they are delivered instantly), you acknowledge that:
- You expressly request immediate access to the digital content (API credits)
- You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once credits are used
- Refunds for unused credits remain available as outlined in this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
